Sales Administrator
An organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the National Sales Manager and the wider sales function by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth operations from initial enquiry through to post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the National Sales Manager and wider sales team.
- Accurately process sales orders, quotations, and customer details.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM systems – experience with ForceManager software is highly desirable.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports and contracts.
- Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Process and track orders, follow up on outstanding items and update customers accordingly.
- Prepare invoices and assist in credit control when required.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications for the sales team.
- Generate and maintain regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (ForceManager experience highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
