What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and issues in a professional and solution-focused manner
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate to relevant departments when needed
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system
- Help improve customer support processes by sharing feedback and ideas
- Be a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and helpful experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or events
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Empathy, patience and a calm professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
- Tech-savvy with basic familiarity using email, CRM tools, or customer service platforms (training provided)
